Join AAUW Loveland

AAUW (American Association of University Women) is a national organization dedicated to advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research. Colorado is home to several AAUW branches, and Loveland is proud to be one of them—offering opportunities to connect locally while supporting a powerful national mission.

When you join AAUW Loveland, you become part of a nationwide network of members working to make lasting change, while also engaging in meaningful programs, discussions, and service right here in our community.

Members may choose their level of involvement—from attending programs and interest groups to participating in advocacy or volunteer initiatives.

Who Can Join?

Membership in AAUW is open to anyone who holds an Associate degree (or equivalent, such as an RN), Bachelor’s degree, or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.

AAUW values diversity and inclusion, and welcomes members of all genders, backgrounds, and life experiences who support its mission.

Membership Dues

Annual membership dues support AAUW’s work at the national, state, and local levels.

Current annual dues are:

  • National: $74

  • Colorado State: $10

  • Loveland Branch: $11

Shape the Future Program

If you decide to join AAUW at a Loveland branch event or meeting, you may be eligible for AAUW’s Shape the Future program. This program offers a 50% discount on national dues for your first year, reducing the national portion from $74 to $37.

This is a one-time, first-year benefit designed to welcome new members and make it easier to get involved.

Prospective members are welcome to attend a Loveland branch meeting or event to learn more about AAUW before joining. We’re always happy to answer questions about membership, involvement, and upcoming programs.
